In early July she successfully defended dissertation work in the field of “Right of access to information within the practice of the European Court of Human Rights”.
The Jury, led by the dean of SW University and with the participation of scientists from Bulgarian Academy of Science, University of National and World Economy and of the Ombudsman of Republic of Bulgaria, awarded Ms. Manova the science degree with excellence, thus allowing her to teach and develop International law in Bulgaria. Her works are publicized in the German and Finnish yearbooks for International law.
